Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. We may also contact you to confirm the order a second time.

Shipping Time

Standard Domestic Delivery:

• Cairo: 4–6 working days
• Giza & Alexandria: 5–7 working days
• Other governorates: 7–10 working days

You will receive an email notification once your order is packed and scheduled for shipment.

If you need your order by a specific date, please mention that in the notes at checkout, or contact us for more accurate delivery information.

Returns & Exchanges

• You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

يمكنك طلب إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الشراء.

ويُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلامك للطلب.

Important Notes:

• Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs in both directions.
• We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions.
• A 120 EGP fee applies for accepted returns or exchanges and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

If you request a return, we will send a courier to collect the item and return it to our office. Once we inspect the item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will contact you to process your refund via bank transfer or wallet.

في حالة الاسترجاع، سنقوم بإرسال مندوب لاستلام المنتج وإعادته إلى مكتبنا.

بعد فحص القطعة والتأكد من مطابقتها لشروط الاسترجاع، سنتواصل معك لإتمام تحويل المبلغ إليك من خلال تحويل بنكي أو محفظة إلكترونية.
